Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Yes!School, we are committed to providing consistent, high-quality early childhood education to every family in our community. To maintain the stability of our programs and fairly compensate our teachers, we have the following policy in place.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for any of our programs, including Early Development, Russian Saturday School, and Kindergarten. Tuition payments are non-refundable once processed.

Tuition and Missed Classes

Tuition is a fixed monthly amount and cannot be adjusted, prorated, or reduced based on missed classes. Whether your child attends every session or misses one or more during the month, the tuition remains the same. This allows us to maintain consistent staffing, classroom resources, and program quality for all families.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your enrollment or end your subscription, we require a minimum of one month's written notice. This allows us to plan our classes, manage waitlists, and support our teaching staff. Cancellations submitted with less than one month's notice will be subject to one additional billing cycle.

Missed Classes and Make-Up Sessions

We understand that absences happen. For any class your child misses, whether due to illness, travel, or scheduling conflicts, we are happy to offer a make-up class. Make-up sessions must be scheduled and completed within two weeks of the missed class. After this two-week window, the missed class can no longer be made up.

To arrange a make-up class, please contact us as soon as possible so we can find a suitable session for your child to join.
